The Gold Beach Educational Fund helped me with some of my dreams. My junior year, I had the opportunity to go to Washington, DC for an amazing student conference on science, government and leadership.
I had wanted to go for several years, but earning the necessary funds seemed too daunting. After doing all that I could to earn the money to go, the Gold Beach Educational Fund donated what I still needed.
That experience was one that will always remain among my favorite memories. Thanks to you I have received a much more interesting education than could have been received in the classroom alone.
