Katilin Armstrong

Thank you so much for your generous gift that will aid me in completing my Bechalors of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies at Wheaton College which will equp me to earn my Masters of Divinity and Masters of Counseling and the rest of my career in ministry and non-profit organizations.

After completing my sophomore year, I am looking forward to my final two years of college, which will include studying abroad in Uganda my senior year, completing my Certificate in Discipleship, and completing my IDS degree that combines Psychology, Communications, and Ministry to examine the impacts of and solution to interpersonal trauma.  I am especially grateful for this scholarship because of my internship with summer which prevents me from earning, through a regular job, the amount of money I need for tuition this next year.

I am interning at His Mansion Ministries this summer serving with men and women struggling with addictions and eating disorders in order to learn more about myself, the intersection of psychology and ministry, and practical skills that I will need to solidify success in my career field.

Thank you again for your continued generosity which has enabled me to exceed at school instead of taking on another job as well as aided me in gaining important skills for future positions.
