Thank you for all the help you have given me to move on to bigger and better things. I greatly appreciate the generous scholarship I was awarded. I will use the money to assist me in receiving a better education and start my life. With your help and some hard work on my part, I will succeed in life because of the people like you who care to invest in the lives of high school students. I hope to become a lineman at the local electric coop and later become a part of the management team where i can apply the business degree that I will receive from Southwest Oregon Community College.
The generosity that you give every year is a wonderful thing. My brother graduated from high school the year before me and so did many of my friends. Knowing that you have helped them and now are helping me makes me feel connected with the community. I hope that one day I will have enough success to continue the legacy of giving the gift of education to those in my community to help provide a better future to the next generation of aspiring young adults. Thank you again for all your help you have given to make the rest of my life a great one!
